Raw Material: Compatible with all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC, TPR, and TR.

  • All oil circuits are controlled by proportion pressure to coordinate with the computer digital feeding system.
  • Hydraulic compare with vertical straight locking device for perfect tightness with the least burr, reducing manufacture cost.
  • Coordinated with electric and hydraulic structure and unique braking device for fast rotary turn and precise setting.
  • Special design of mechanical buffer to coordinate with hydraulic multi-control, avoiding hits between injection gate and mould while extending mold service life.
