How can I obtain samples?
We provide samples upon request. Please note that sample fees and express shipping costs apply. However, if you place a bulk order later, we will subsidize the previous sample fees for you.
Do you support product customization?
Yes. With your brand authorization, we can print your trademark on our products. We also support production based on physical samples provided by customers.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We generally quote on FOB terms. Payment terms typically involve a 30% deposit via T/T upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Other requirements can be discussed.
