1. What is your MOQ for these ski goggles?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs, but we accept lower quantities for trial orders to help you check our product quality and service.
2. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, there is a small charge which is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
3. How long is the sample and production lead time?
Existing samples take 7-10 days. Custom designs take 10-15 days. Mass production typically takes about 60 days for the MOQ.
4. How do you handle color matching?
We use the Pantone Matching System. You can provide the Pantone code, or we can recommend popular trending colors for your market.
5. What are your standard payment terms?
Our normal term is a 30% deposit via TT after the order is signed, and 70% against the copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
6. Are the goggles compatible with helmets?
Yes, our goggles are designed to be helmet compatible with adjustable elastic woven straps to fit most snow helmets securely.
