We provide free swatches or hangers. For specific sample yardage, we only charge the material cost, while international courier fees are handled by the buyer.
Q2: What is the process for PPS and bulk lot samples?
We can send PPS or bulk swatches via courier upon request. Alternatively, buyers can arrange their own courier for pickup. Bulk orders are shipped according to the agreed delivery schedule.
Q3: What are the standard payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining balance to be settled prior to delivery.
Q4: How do you handle quality and color approval?
Bulk lots and swatches are sent to the buyer for quality and color confirmation before the final shipment is dispatched.
Q5: Which shipping documents are provided?
We provide a comprehensive packing list and invoice before shipment. The Bill of Lading (B/L) is shared on or after the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD).
Q6: What is your after-sales policy regarding defects?
Please inspect the bulk fabric within 5 working days of receipt. If any damage or defects are found, please do not cut the fabric and contact us immediately for a resolution.
