Can you do customized size?
Depend on items, some we can, some need mould cost. If you need to customize others, please contact us.
What is your packing method?
For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together.
How long is the delivery time?
Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment.
Can we get free samples before bulk orders?
We have no free samples. When you place the bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you.
What is your payment method?
Bank transfer or Western union. Full payment for less than USD 5000. T/T, 40% deposit, balance before delivery if more than USD 5000.
Are the materials corrosion resistant?
Yes, our equipment is primarily made of high-quality Stainless Steel, specifically designed for durability in pool environments.
