Production Process
1. Import Materials
Using motor to import down and feather to storage box. Compatible with duck/goose down, ball fiber, and fake down.
2. Set up Target Weight
Set up target weight in program. Filling range is flexible with a max filling weight of 80g per cycle.
3. Start Preparation
Press "automatic" button to enter ready state automatically.
4. Step Pedal to Fill
Position fabric at the port and step on pedal. Can fill up to 1800 grids per hour per port.
